Pool and garden

As soon as you reach the front door, the enticing sight of the swimming pool at the back of the house presents itself. The swimming pool (10x4 meters, 1.20-2.00 meters deep) lies at the edge of the cliff with a beautiful view over a protected natural area and the northern coast. The pool has small sitting areas with jets. The covered porch ensures a shady place to sit at all times . The porch runs into the sun terrace where you will find deck chairs and an outdoor shower. The pump house contains the pool pump (entirely the caretaker’s concern), but also a washing machine and a barbecue for your convenience. Here, you will also find adequate space for storing any diving or snorkelling equipment, or other personal belongings that would only be in the way in the house. The back of the yard borders on a steep cliff behind the pool, marked off for your safety.

The house is new (finished March 2006). Nevertheless, immediate landscaping including the planting of twelve palm trees has resulted in a lush tropical garden with flowering bougainvilleas and many other tropical plants. At the front of the house, a carport offers shade for your parked car behind lockable rolling gates. Both the front and the sides of the yard are properly fenced or walled in. At the back, the steep cliff offers ample natural protection from unwanted visitors.
