Rates 2010

The rate includes electricity up to a consumption of 18 KWH per night plus 4 KWH per (paying) person per night and also includes gas and water consumption. The included electricity consumption is based on an average use of bedroom air conditioning during the night. Unlimited use of our Internet connection is included.
Intermediate cleaning of the villa (once a week), bed linen, towels (including one beach towel per person), maintenance of the garden and swimming pool are also included.

Not included:

• surplus electricity consumption (about 0,30 Eurocent per KWH), which will be deducted from the security deposit. The meter will be checked at the beginning and the end of your stay, in your presence.
• Final cleaning.
• Telephone costs. There is a line telephone in the house that works through a pre-paid system. You can buy re-charge cards at various sites including supermarkets and gas stations.
• Transfer costs to/from the airport.
